Design

 

  • Preparation and management of the Pilot Programme of Design and Build system for GDDKiA during the performance of the project "Modernization of DK8 Road to the standard of the expressway on the section Rawa Mazowiecka - Piotrków Trybunalski 64 km." Development of tender documents for contractors (including PFU), participation in the tender committee, supervising the design, construction supervision, on-going consulting for GDDKiA, including an analysis of claims of contractors (2008-2013). The value of our services: 13.3 million Euro.

 

  • Development of a conceptual design for the construction of S7 expressway  section Warsaw - Grójec 30 km long

 

  • Building and Final Designs, the EIA report for the re-assessment of the project "Construction of the S3 expressway Legnica - Lubawka from km 0 + 000 to km 38 + 255"; Client: Mosty Katowice Sp. z o.o.; 2011-2013

 

  • Building and Final Designs for the project "Construction of the S3 expressway Nowa Sól - Legnica from km 33 + 300 - 58 + 974"; Client: Trakt Katowice; 2011-2013

 

  • Development of a conceptual design, building and final designs and tender documents for "Construction of S7 expressway on the section Mazowieckie/Świętokrzyskie regions border - road and railway junction in Skarżysko-Kamienna" Client: GDDKiA in Kielce; 2009-2010

 

  • Development of Economic, Environmental and Technical Study (STEŚ), traffic management plans, EIA report, Geological and Engineering Study,  with the geotechnical opinion for the project "Eastern bypass of Warsaw on the parameters of express route"; Client: GDDKiA in Warsaw; 2012-2015

 

  • Development of the building and final designs for the construction of one carriageway of the regional road Bielany - Łany - Długołęka, Stage III (section from the intersection of regional road No. 455 to the intersection with the state road No. 8) (DZDW Wrocław).

 

  • Development of design documentation: Expansion of the S7 expressway - Conceptual Design Stage - to the parameters of a dual carriageway on the section of the ring road of Kielce with obtaining for the Client the decision on the environmental conditions and the decision to establish the location of the road (GDDKiA Kielce).

 

  • Conceptual design, Geotechnical Documentation, EIA Report,  Traffic Forecast  for the project "Expansion of the regional road No. 747 section Iłża - Solec at Wisła"; Client: MZDW in Warsaw; 2008-2011

 

  • Development of a comprehensive design documentation for the construction of a bypass Łapczyca within the state road No. 4 section Kraków - Tarnów in km 463+500 to km 468+600=468+220 and obtaining a final decision on the building permit and the designer's supervision during the execution of works performed based on the developed design documentation (GDDKiA Kraków).

 

  • Development of Conceptual design for the Wałbrzych bypass on the state road No. 35, ca. 13.00 km long, with the materials for the application for a decision on the environmental conditions and the decision to establish the location of the road and the draft division of property for the approved option (GDDKiA Wrocław).

 

  • Conceptual and spatial design for the construction of road bypasses for the towns of Gostynin and Raciąż within the state road No. 60 (1999-2000; for GDDP);

 

  • Development of technical documentation for the A2 motorway: border of the regions of Łódź - Warsaw (Konotopa) km 454-200

 

  • Development of a building design for the construction of bypass of Gostynin on the state road No. 60, with the tender materials developed according to the requirements of the Cohesion Fund (2003-2005, for GDDKiA)

 

  • Development of a building design for the construction of bypasses of Chynów and Drwalew and Słomczyn within the road No. 50, with the tender materials drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the ISPA fund (2003-2005, for GDDKiA);

 

  • Development of the building design for the reconstruction of the state road No. 50 with the  building design for the roundabout at the intersection of state road No. 50 with the county road at 34151 in Grójec with the tender documents drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the ISPA fund, section Grójec - Góra Kalwaria (2003-2005; for GDDKiA );

 

  • Development of the building design for the reconstruction of the state road No. 50 along with the tender documents drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the ISPA Fund, section Góra Kalwaria - Mińsk Mazowiecki (2004; for GDDKiA);

 

  • Development of the building and final designs along with tender documents for the strengthening and modernization of the state road No 1 Gdańsk-Cieszyn on the section: Toruń - Włocławek from km 195-458 to km 230-885 tailored to procedures of the ISPA Fund (2002-2005; for GDDKiA);

 

  • Study for the location of a separate bridge over the Wisła River for the second carriageway in Góra Kalwaria (2002-2003; for GDDKiA);

 

  • Development of the conceptual design for the bypass of Guzów and Żyrardów within the road No. 50 from km 12+735 to km 30+467 (2002-2003; for GDDKiA);

 

  • Review of the design for A4 motorway in the framework of the ISPA agreement for the construction supervision (2002; for GDDKiA Katowice);

 

  • Conceptual design for the reconstruction of road No. 50 Grójec-Mińsk Mazowiecki on section Grójec - Kołbiel (2001-2002; for GDDP Central Division);

 

  • Conceptual and spatial design and building designs for modernization of the state road No. 50: "Northern bypass of Grójec" and "sectionMszczonów - Grójec" with the tender documents drawn up in accordance with the requirements of PHARE (1999-2001; for GDDP and PHARE);

 

  • Co-operation in the execution of the detailed design of the toll motorway A1, section Gdańsk - Toruń (1997; for Transprojekt Gdańsk and the Agency for Motorway Construction and Operation).

Client's Supervision

  • PPP project - Acting as Independent Engineer to adapt the A4 motorway section Katowice - Kraków to toll motorway (2014-2016; for Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska and GDDKiA);

 

  • Management and supervision of the project in D&B system "Modernization of DK8 to the standard of the expressway on the section Rawa Mazowiecka - Piotrków Trybunalski, 64 km" for GDDKiA

 

  • Management and supervision of the project: "Reconstruction of state road No. 22 on section Elbląg - Grzechotki" (GDDKiA).

 

  • Management and supervision of the construction of the A2 motorway Konin (km 257+100) - Dąbie (km 303+100)

 

  • Acting as Contract Engineer on the construction of the A4 motorway on section Gliwice Sośnica - Ruda Śląska Wirek - Chorzów Batory (2002-2005; for GDDKiA);

 

  • Acting as Independent Engineer to adapt the A4 motorway section Katowice - Kraków to toll motorway (1999-2014; for Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska and GDDKiA);

 

  • Supervision of contracts of the World Bank: bypass of Ostrów Mazowiecka (2001-2004; for GDDKiA);

 

  • Performing the client's supervision over the construction of the bypass road of Żmigród within the state road No. 5 Poznań - Wrocław (2000-2002; for GDDP Wrocław Division);

 

  • Acting as Resident Engineer according to FIDIC procedures in the scope of modernization of the state road No. 356 (1999-2000; for GDDP Wrocław and PHARE);

 

Strategies and analysis

  • Consulting Services to the European Commission in the implementation of the program "CASCADE Transport Framework" - assessment of transport projects approved by the European Commission under the OPIE 2008 - 2014, including the sector of road and urban transport in Poland; in cooperation with the LeighFisher Ltd .; 2011-2014

 

  • Analysis of options for implementing the Design and Build system based on the project "Modernization of DK8 to the standard of the expressway on section Rawa Mazowiecka - Piotrków Trybunalski, 64 km." Development of tender documents for contractors (including PFU) (2008-2013) for GDDKiA Warsaw and Łódź). Contract value: 13.3 million Euro.

 

  • Provision of consulting services under the name "Coordinator of the Road Safety" - evaluation and review of applications within the 3rd edition of the Elimination of Hazardous Areas (Black Spot Treatment), drafting of Terms of Reference for the tender documentation and draft contracts for road safety campaigns and the implementation of the program of traffic calming. Client: Ministry of Transport - state road Safety Council; 2007-2013

 

  • Economic activation of Ostrołęka and Ostrowiec sub-regions. Modernization of the regional road No. 627 (feasibility study and application for funding from PHARE) (2002; for the Mazowieckie Region Roads Management);
